Frequently Asked Questions

Open the app and point your camera at a product's barcode. The app will automatically detect and scan the barcode, then display information about the product and its parent company.

Not every product is in the database yet. Try searching by brand name or using the photo feature.

If you think something should be included, email me and I will look into adding it.

I work to keep the data accurate, but ownership structures change and no database is perfect.

If you spot something wrong, let me know and I will fix it.

You need an internet connection to look up products, but your scan history is stored locally so you can browse it offline.

Go to Settings within the app and select the option to clear your scan history.

All history is stored only on your device.
