The app saves your photo locally and syncs it to iCloud so you can start tracking your transformation right away.
Yes. ProgressPic uses iCloud to sync your data across all your Apple devices automatically. Make sure you are signed into the same iCloud account on each device and that iCloud is enabled in Settings.
Your sync status is also visible inside the app's Settings.
Inside any Journey, tap to add measurements including weight, body fat percentage, and detailed body measurements such as chest, waist, hips, arms, and legs.
You can also connect HealthKit to import weight and body composition data from Apple Health automatically.
Yes. Each Journey has its own reminder settings.
Choose the days and times you want to be notified and ProgressPic will send you a push notification to take your progress photo.
Use the Compare feature inside your Journey to see any two photos side by side.
The Watch feature plays your photos as a slideshow so you can see your full progression, and you can also export the whole thing as a timelapse video.

ProgressPic will render a timelapse video of your transformation that you can save to your Camera Roll or share directly.
None. Your photos and measurements stay on your device and in your private iCloud account. I have no access to any of it.
You can delete individual photos, measurements, or entire Journeys directly within the app.
To remove everything, delete the app from your device and iCloud will sync the deletion across all your devices. To remove data from iCloud storage entirely, manage it via Settings > Apple ID > iCloud on your device.
